Having just purchased a plug-in hybrid vehicle and wanting to explore faster (Level 2) charging options, but unsure of how to proceed, I located Peak EV Solutions through a Google search, and submitted my contact info for the free estimate that was advertised. I was immediately contacted by Ron. He asked expert questions, and asked me to take pictures of the various outlets in our garage, and the house's electrical panel, which I did. Within half an hour he responded to say that all looked in order for me to purchase a Level 2 charger, and he recommended one, sending me links to purchase, as well as links to installation instructions. Just to make sure, he asked whether I would like him to come to my place, and he would bring such a charger, and we'd try it out. We made an appointment for the following day. He came, the charger worked like a charm, and I duly placed the order for the charger. He also kindly looked into a possible tax rebate, forwarding me links and documents that might be of use with our tax people. When I asked him what I owed him for his expert advice, and coming to my house, and said that all he wanted was a postiive Google Review. I would have done this anyway, since he went so far above and beyond what would have been otherwise required, even if I had been paying him. He made the purchase and installation of this charger as easy as it could possibly be, for which I am extremely grateful. Use Peak EV Solutions for any EV questions or needs you have!! Fast response and professional installation.

I was getting quotes to install my EV charger and an ad popped up in my browser. I don't usually click on ads but I am glad I did this time. I learned about an additional tax incentive from my call with Peak EV Solution's, along with the rebate from Xcel. No pressure just good information and then they gave me a great referral to a licensed electrician who was priced better than the estimates I had. Installation happened quickly and I am very happy with my new charger. Definitely worth your time to get on a call with them.

Peak really did a great job on my installation. They were quick and provided quality craftsmanship, and they were nice guys. I would definitely recommend them to all.

I feel like I only get motivated to give reviews if they are bad, but not this time. Peak EV's contractor in my area provided an estimate and got the charger installed before I even got the car! They were even willing to go out to our cabin, which was technically out of the area they normally serve. Their contractor is going to come back to fix some damage in our drywall caused by the install that I didn't catch. I don't get to say this often, but I couldn't be happier.

Ron and his people offer first-rate service and support. They answered all my questions and performed the charger installation flawlessly. I am very happy with my BMW i4, and Peak EV was able to answer all my questions, from which charger to order to getting it installed. If you are in the market for an EV, suggest you consult with them for information and advice.
